We partner with Hook for our Home Improvement company. They do a wonderful job in every aspect of their work. They are transparent in everything they do and they always are sure to answer any questions I have in a timely and efficient manner. The website design turned out great, and it has a nice feel. The SEO – I think though, is the biggest thing I’ve appreciated working with Hook on. I’m on my 4th or 5th website, and every single company out there says ‘I’m a Google partner’ or ‘we know how to do SEO’, or whatever. We chose Hook Agency to revamp our website and my god did they do that. I had a wonderful experience with Claudia and Maggie. They listened to everything that I wanted on the website and even shared other ideas that I didn't even know of. I got an in-depth walkthrough of the back end of the website and written instructions of how to edit it. If I find a bug, they get it fixed within a couple day!
